WE ARE HIRING: Real-Time Analyst (RTA)
Onsite | Makati City & Davao City
Salary: PHP 21,000 - 27,000/month
URGENT | 6 Openings (2 Davao + 4 Makati)
Are you an RTA professional looking for your next opportunity? This one's for you!
YOU MUST HAVE:
- At least 1 year WFM or RTA experience in a BPO setting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and WFM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
- Must be based in Philippines
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Monitor queues, staffing and service levels in real time
- Track attendance and schedule adherence
- Identify and escalate risks impacting performance
- Provide immediate recommendations to address gaps
