Job role
Conduct systematic QA evaluations of support interactions tickets, live chats, emails, and escalations assessing accuracy, process adherence, and communication quality against defined rubrics. Audit technical integration cases involving API failures, SDK issues, and payload errors. Write and execute advanced SQL queries to validate data pipelines, verify conversion event integrity, and identify attribution anomalies. Build and maintain SQL-based QA dashboards surfacing quality metrics and SLA compliance data. Review and validate API implementations, audit JSON/XML payloads for schema mismatches, missing parameters, and authentication failures. Perform end-to-end QA of conversion tracking setups including pixel-based, server-side, and hybrid architectures. Evaluate support quality on Ads Manager platforms —Meta, Google, TikTok covering CAPI implementations, match rate analysis, and policy escalations. Design QA test cases, rubrics, and checklists; maintain a centralized defect knowledge base. Deliver structured agent feedback, participate in calibration sessions, and collaborate with Training on remediation content. Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly QA performance reports with data-backed improvement recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2–4 years in backend support, ad tech, or technical QA (BPO required)
- Expert SQL, RESTful API proficiency, JSON/XML debugging, Postman
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, TikTok for Business, CAPI, and attribution models
