Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to evaluate customer interactions, monitor compliance with quality standards, and provide constructive feedback to help improve overall team performance.
Qualifications
College Graduate preferred
At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance, customer service, or a related BPO role
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
