Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of processes, transactions, and customer interactions to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include conducting quality audits, reviewing work outputs and customer interactions. Identify errors and performance gaps.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of pure insurance experience (billing, account management, or policy servicing)
Minimum of 2–3 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in QA or auditing
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Must have prior BPO experience
