Premium Financial Account | Bridgetowne (Exxa Tower)

The Package & Perks
Monthly Pay: ₱23,000 Basic + ₱2,000 Flex Fund Allowance
Night Differential: 15%
Health First: HMO ON DAY 1 + 1 FREE Dependent
Stability: Paid SL & VL + 13th Month Pay.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 6 months of BPO Experience is MANDATORY.
Education: HS Graduate, SHS Graduate, or completed at least 2 years in College.
Language Skills: Strong English communication skills (B2 Level).
Technical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Edge: Experience with NPS & CSAT metrics is a major plus!
Work Setup & Schedule
Location: On-site at Exxa Tower, Bridgetowne (Pasig/QC area).
Schedule: Shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Important Recruitment Note
In line with our current requirements, we are only endorsing candidates with prior BPO experience.
With 6+ Months BPO Exp: Priority endorsement and immediate processing!
No BPO Exp: You will be placed in our Active File for future campaigns.
