Job Description
We are hiring Polish-speaking professionals to join our support team in the Philippines. Candidates with or without Service Desk experience are welcome. The role involves providing customer or user support in Polish while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide support in Polish via voice, chat, or email
Handle inquiries and resolve issues based on standard procedures
Document interactions and resolutions accurately
Escalate complex concerns when needed
Meet quality, productivity, and compliance targets
Requirements
Can speak, read, and write in Polish
Service Desk experience is not required
Willing to work onsite
Open to shifting schedules
Willing to relocate to the Philippines
Strong communication and customer service skills
