Job Title: Risk Adjustment Medical Coder Team Leader (Non-Voice)

Compensation: PHP 50,000 Fixed Package + Comprehensive Benefits

Work Setup: Temporary WFH | Shifting Schedule

Locations: BGC Taguig | Cebu | Davao | Clark, Pampanga

Are you a Certified Professional Coder with an active PHRN license and leadership talent? We are hiring 5 Team Leaders to manage our non-voice Risk Adjustment Medical Coding operations. Step away from direct patient care and leverage your coding expertise to mentor coders, drive accuracy, and lead high-volume healthcare operations.

Core Responsibilities

Team Operations & SLA Management: Oversee daily non-voice coding workflows to ensure accuracy, productivity, and turnaround-time targets are met.

Coaching & SME Guidance: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Risk Adjustment coding guidelines, providing 1-on-1 coaching, feedback, and audit reviews.

Escalation & Compliance Oversight: Manage complex chart coding queries, uphold compliance standards, and drive operational performance across the team.

What We Look For

Required Credentials:

Active PHRN License (Philippine Registered Nurse).

CPC Certification (Certified Professional Coder / Risk Adjustment Specialist).

Required Experience:

2 to 3 years of hands-on Risk Adjustment Coding experience.

1+ year of experience in a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or supervisory/people-management role.
