Operations Supervisor – Travel & Hospitality Account
Location: Mall of Asia (MOA), Pasay City
Work Setup: Onsite

Lead a High-Performing Customer Service Team

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a dynamic team supporting a Travel & Hospitality account. If you have a passion for leadership, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a BPO environment, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve performance goals.
Monitor team productivity, quality, attendance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and action planning.
Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and customer experience.
Resolve operational concerns promptly and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Foster a positive, high-performing, and engaging work environment.

Qualifications
At least 1–2 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor in a BPO/contact center environment.
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience using contact center systems, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
Solid understanding of contact center KPIs, quality assurance, and compliance processes.
Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
Can start immediately.
