Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Account: Insurance
Salary: 40-42K
Work location: On-site at Alabang
Shift Schedule: GY
HC: 4

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent work experience accepted (undergrad, associate, or 2 years of experience not acceptable).
•1–2 years of pure insurance experience in Property & Casualty -Life & Annuities, including billing, account management, or policy servicing
•Minimum 2–3 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. (If not, do not upload the candidate.)
•Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes and ECC account management.
•Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office, QA tools, and CRM/contact center systems.
•Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
•BPO experience required; candidates without it should not be uploaded.
