Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Account: Insurance
Salary: 40-42K
Work location: On-site at Alabang
Shift Schedule: Graveyard
Headcount: 4
Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent work experience accepted (undergrad, associate, or 2 years of experience not acceptable).
• 1–2 years of pure insurance experience (billing, account management, or policy servicing).
•Minimum 2–3 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. (If not, do not upload the candidate.)
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing processes and ECC account management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, QA tools, and CRM/contact center systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• BPO experience required; candidates without it should not be uploaded.
