Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a Content Moderation (Trust & Safety) team. This role requires a strong BPO leadership background, with proven experience in managing operations, driving performance, and ensuring quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Content Moderation Specialists
Monitor performance metrics and implement coaching and improvement plans
Ensure compliance with Trust & Safety policies and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency
Prepare and present operational reports and performance insights
Drive process improvements and performance optimization initiatives
Handle escalations and provide timely, effective resolutions
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Manager in a BPO environment (required)
Strong background in Trust & Safety and/or Content Moderation (required)
Proven leadership and people management experience
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang (Teleperformance site)
Can start immediately
