The Operational Technology (OT) Specialist / Team Lead is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting OT systems and infrastructure in an operational environment. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, improving OT reliability and security, and coordinating with IT and operations teams. As a Team Lead, the position also provides technical guidance to team members, manages incidents and projects, and ensures OT systems meet business, security, and operational requirements.
