Experience: Minimum 5 years in end-to-end payroll processing, including at least 3 years in payroll team leadership.
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Payroll Team Lead / HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations and lead a payroll team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll controls and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement.
Review payroll calculations, tax computations and statutory contributions.
Ensure compliance with Philippine payroll regulations, including SSS, Pag-IBIG and BIR requirements.
Lead, supervise and support the payroll team to maintain operational efficiency.
Oversee payroll controls, audits and processing timelines.
Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related issues.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll accuracy, compliance and operational processes.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, including salary runs, tax computations and statutory benefits.
At least 3 years of experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes and Philippine statutory compliance.
Experience managing payroll controls, audits and processing deadlines.
SAP Payroll experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage payroll operations and team performance.
Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule at the BGC Taguig office during the day shift.
