We're looking for a detail-oriented Workforce Scheduler to join our Workforce Management team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining employee schedules that align with business demands while ensuring optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain employee schedules based on workforce forecasts.
Manage schedule changes, shift bids, and staffing adjustments.
Ensure optimal staffing coverage while balancing productivity and cost.
Coordinate closely with Operations and Workforce Management teams.
Monitor scheduling accuracy and support continuous process improvements.

Work Setup:

Onsite – Alphaland, Makati or Davao
Shifting Schedule

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduling experience in a BPO environment.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of workforce forecasting and capacity planning concepts.
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
