Join our UK Financial Customer Service Team and support customers in the banking and financial services industry while building a rewarding career.

Role Overview • Handle customer inquiries related to banking and financial products • Provide accurate information and resolve account concerns efficiently • Support customers throughout the loan origination and motor financing process • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, Completed 2nd Year College, or College Graduate • 1–2 years of US or UK Banking and Telephony experience • Experience in Banking, Collections, Fraud, Underwriting, Payouts, or similar Financial Accounts • Candidates with Loan Origination Process (LOP) and Motor Financing experience are highly preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills
