Role Overview • Process medical billing transactions and support revenue cycle operations • Assist with billing inquiries and resolve account-related concerns • Ensure accurate documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance • Provide exceptional customer support with professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications • 1–2 years of experience in Medical Billing, Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Healthcare Customer Support • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex billing concepts clearly • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally • Age limit: Up to 50 years old
