Put Your P&C Insurance Experience to Work

We’re hiring experienced Non-Life Insurance professionals with a strong background in Property & Casualty, Home, and Auto insurance to support policy servicing, carrier coordination, billing, and client inquiries.

Eligibility

* College graduate with 12+ months BPO experience, OR

* Completed 2 years of college with 18+ months BPO experience

* Relevant Non-Life Insurance / Property & Casualty experience is required

* Experience with Home and Auto insurance preferred

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Willing to work onsite in Taguig

What You’ll Do

* Handle policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and updates

* Coordinate with clients, agents, and insurance carriers

* Resolve billing, premium, and receivables concerns

* Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls

* Maintain accurate policy records and documentation
