We are looking for individuals with at least 6 months of BPO experience to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Airline Account. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to airline services
- Provide information on flight schedules, reservations, fares, and other relevant information
- Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and changes to their flights
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting schedules
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Location: Bridgetowne
- Salary: Up to P33,000 per month
