JOB TITLE: Multilingual Language – Vietnamese

LOCATION: Quezon City, Metro Manila
WORK SETUP: Onsite
WORK SHIFT: Shifting/Night Shift
SALARY: PHP 39,112.60 – 69,679.33 Monthly (Negotiable)
SIGN-ON BONUS: PHP 20,000 + Incentives
AVAILABILITY: ASAP

Role Overview

We are urgently hiring Vietnamese-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join a growing multilingual support team in Quezon City. This role is open to candidates with or without prior BPO experience — full training is provided. You'll handle customer interactions across phone, chat, and email in both English and Vietnamese, delivering excellent service to a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, or other support channels
Provide customer support in both English and Vietnamese
Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience
Communicate clearly and professionally across different cultures and customer backgrounds
Accurately document customer interactions using company systems and tools
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals
Build trust and customer loyalty through exceptional service and problem-solving
Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs

Qualifications

Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
Fluent and spontaneous speaker of Vietnamese, able to use the language effectively in a professional setting
Able to understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings
Working knowledge of English required (training and client systems are in English)
Previous collections experience highly preferred but not required
Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process highly preferred but not required
Must be able to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa (Temporary Resident Visa accepted for non-Filipino applicants)
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night shift schedule
