We are looking for a Multilingual Language – Thai professional to provide exceptional customer support in both Thai and English. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving inquiries, assisting with billing and account-related concerns, and delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels. Candidates should be fluent in Thai, possess good English communication skills, and be willing to work onsite in Quezon City on a shifting/night shift schedule. Previous BPO or Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience is an advantage but not required.
