WORK SETUP: Onsite – Quezon City

WORK SCHEDULE: Shifting / Night Shift
SALARY: ₱60,946 – ₱113,346 (negotiable)
SIGN-ON BONUS: ₱20,000 + Incentives
START DATE: ASAP

Role Overview:
We are seeking a fluent Khmer speaker to join our team as a Multilingual Support Specialist! You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Khmer and English, providing exceptional support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound interactions via phone, chat, and email.
Provide customer support in Khmer and English.
Assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, and service requests.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive experience.
Document interactions accurately using company systems.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Khmer – speak fluently and spontaneously in a professional environment.
Working knowledge of English (training and systems are in English).
Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
Previous collections experience is highly preferred.
Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred.
Must be able to work in the Philippines with a valid working visa.
