Job Title: MSDRG Nurse (DRG Validation Auditor)

Location: Taguig City | Work Setup: Hybrid | Shift: Night

Salary: PHP 60,000–70,000

Overview:

Review inpatient medical records to ensure accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS coding and DRG reimbursement. Identify over/underpayments, validate documentation, and support compliance audits.

Qualifications:

AHIMA credential (CCS preferred; RHIT/RHIA accepted)

2–3 yrs inpatient coding experience

Strong in ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRG reimbursement

Skilled in clinical validation, data analysis & Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented & meets productivity targets

Amenable to hybrid setup in Taguig (night shift)

No job-hoppers / current or former CGI employees
