Job Title: Mid-Level C++/Python Developer

Work Setup: Onsite – Cebu City

Work Shift: Shifting schedule (depends on client and project)

About the Role

Join Accenture’s team of empowered professionals! We are looking for a skilled C++/Python Developer who is passionate about building efficient, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields (undergraduates are also welcome to apply).

At least 3 years of experience in C++ or Python (API) development.

Knowledge of software development design patterns.

Willingness to be trained/upskilled in Java (Java EE, Spring App, Spring Boot, etc.).

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to read UML diagrams (use case, activity, sequence, etc.).

Experience using IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ.

Basic understanding of Git and collaboration tools like Confluence and JIRA.

Open to applicants currently residing in the Philippines with the right to live and work in the country.

Must not be a current or former employee of Accenture.

Looking for candidates with a stable employment history (not frequent job changes).

Key Responsibilities

Design, code/configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain web service applications using modern software development tools and best practices.

Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

Ensure developed applications align with architectural design and business needs.

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues.

Code, test, and implement software enhancements as needed.
