Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (Software Engineer)

Location: Makati City

Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 Days WFH + 2 Days RTO

Schedule: Mid Shift – 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM PHT

Experience: 2–3 Years

Headcount: 3

We are looking for hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developers who are passionate about building scalable CRM solutions, automating business processes, and solving complex technical challenges.

In this role, you’ll work closely with product teams, business stakeholders, architects, and technical leads to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that drive business efficiency.

What You'll Do

- Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.

- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications using native functionality and Power Platform capabilities.

- Develop system integrations and support Dataverse, APIs, data modeling, migration, and data quality initiatives.

- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from development and testing through deployment and release.

- Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement solutions to improve system performance and stability.

- Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Follow coding standards, security policies, governance requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for knowledge transfer and long-term solution support.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- At least 2 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development experience.

- Strong experience with:

- Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration

- Microsoft Dataverse

- API and system integration development

- C# / .NET

- JavaScript

- Data handling and solution deployment

- Experience working within Agile development environments.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and software delivery processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage priorities and deliver quality solutions within agreed timelines.

Nice-to-Have Experience

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

- Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Service Bus

- Azure DevOps

- CI/CD pipelines and release management

- CRM business processes such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, or Operations

- Enterprise CRM implementations and integrations
