We’re looking for an Application Developer skilled in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to design, build, and configure solutions that drive efficiency and strengthen customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

Design and customize applications in Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and deliver innovative solutions.
Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
Develop integrations between CRM and other platforms.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Expertise in modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, Customer Insight Journey.
Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Strong knowledge of .NET and SQL Server.
Ability to customize, configure, and integrate CRM solutions.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Flexibility to work onsite in Manila (Alabang, BGC, Cubao, Mandaluyong).
Open to applicants currently in the Philippines with valid work eligibility.
