Role Overview:

Join our Life Insurance Account as a Customer Service Representative! You will assist policyholders with inquiries, claims, and account concerns, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding life insurance policies.
Assist with policy updates, claims processing, and account concerns.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

BS Nursing Graduate or Undergraduate (at least 3rd year) – with or without experience OR
Completed any Medical Allied Course / Undergraduate (at least 3rd year) – with 6 months BPO experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite in Cebu with shifting schedules.
Can start on August 31, 2026.
