- Completed any Medical Allied course - 3rd Year College Level
- With at least 6 months BPO experience
*Must be:*
- Willing to work *Onsite*
- Good communication skills
- Customer-focused and willing to learn
*What You'll Do:*
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for a Life Insurance account
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, concerns, and support
- Provide accurate information with empathy and professionalism
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
