JOB TITLE: Lead SAP SD/OTC Consultant

LOCATION: Paranaque City, Metro Manila

WORK SETUP: Hybrid – Three Days Onsite per Week
WORK SHIFT: Mid Shift, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5–10 Years

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are urgently hiring a Lead SAP SD/Order-to-Cash Consultant with strong experience in SAP Sales and Distribution and Transportation Management.

The successful candidate will lead requirements gathering, solution design, SAP configuration, functional specification development, testing, implementation, production support, and process improvement.

This role requires hands-on experience across the complete Order-to-Cash process, from sales order management through delivery, billing, transportation, and dispatch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SAP Consulting and Business Analysis

• Work with business stakeholders to identify operational needs and system requirements
• Lead requirements gathering, business-process analysis, and solution discussions
• Evaluate existing SAP systems and identify functional gaps and improvement opportunities
• Conduct feasibility and risk analysis for proposed solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions
• Prepare solution proposals and business cases

SAP Configuration and Solution Design

• Configure SAP Sales and Distribution and Transportation Management solutions
• Document approved configurations and manage transport requests
• Develop process models, functional specifications, and system documentation
• Coordinate required authorizations with SAP security and development teams
• Review configurations and transport requests completed by other team members
• Ensure proposed solutions meet business and system requirements

Implementation and Testing

• Support end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and integration testing
• Document test results, expected outcomes, and identified defects
• Work closely with developers throughout the implementation process
• Ensure successfully tested changes are transferred to the production environment
• Prepare training materials, user manuals, and technical documentation
• Conduct end-user training and obtain approval for completed changes

Production Support

• Troubleshoot SAP SD, OTC, and transportation-related production issues
• Manage incidents, change requests, maintenance requests, and service tickets
• Provide timely updates and resolutions based on agreed service levels
• Assist users with Order-to-Cash and transportation process inquiries
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions
• Prepare regular progress and status reports

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, system performance, and cost efficiency
• Recommend system enhancements and automation opportunities
• Support cross-functional integration projects
• Ensure all changes follow established change-management procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five to ten years of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash consulting experience
• Strong SAP Sales and Distribution configuration experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash and transportation processes
• At least two full-cycle SAP implementations or rollout projects
• Experience creating functional specifications for RICEFW developments
• Experience gathering requirements and presenting solutions to business stakeholders
• Strong production-support and troubleshooting experience
• Business-level English communication skills
• Willing to work three days onsite weekly in Parañaque City
• Willing to work the mid shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• SAP Vistex Data Maintenance for Pricing
• SAP FSCM Credit Management
• ABAP debugging or functional ABAP knowledge
• OData, middleware, interfaces, and web services
• SPROXY and SOAP
• BAPI, OData, and function modules
• Robotic Process Automation or Workato
• Computer System Validation documentation
• Agile methodology
