About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused SAP Sales and Distribution SD Expert to support and continuously enhance our clients SAP SD solution. This role is dedicated to providing functional support, process optimization, and solution stability within a complex global SAP environment.

You will lead key SD areas including Order Management, Pricing, Billing Service and Project-based, Logistics Execution, and Credit Management, while ensuring high client satisfaction and service excellence.

Non-Negotiable:
10+ years of experience in SAP with specialization in Sales and Distribution processes
Expertise in both ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments with focus on support and enhancements
Deep understanding of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing
Strong integration knowledge with SAP FICO, MM, and other modules
Project Management skills to coordinate tasks and communication across teams
Must have experience leading and managing a team

Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary functional lead for the clients SAP SD landscape, ensuring seamless day-to-day support and system stability
Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancements in collaboration with client and internal support teams
Analyze and troubleshoot complex SD issues across Sales, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization and automation opportunities within Order-to-Cash
Coordinate with cross-functional teams FI/CO, MM, PS, and Technical for integrated end-to-end solutions
Support period-end and quarter-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate order-to-cash processing
Prepare functional documentation, impact assessments, and test scripts for change requests and system updates
Lead and mentor support resources to ensure high-quality consistent service delivery
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and advisory support

Required Qualifications:
10+ years SAP SD expertise with ECC plus WMS interface plus Ecommerce process plus retail process opening of new shop/subsidiary
Project Management skills to coordinate tasks and communication with different teams
Comfortable leading workshops and drafting specifications
Ability to provide workload estimation on new requests and projects
Expertise in both ECC and SAP S/4HANA with focus on support and enhancements
Deep understanding of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing
Strong integration knowledge with SAP FICO, MM, and other modules
Proven ability to lead workstreams independently in a client-facing support environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive and service-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including direct client interaction
Familiarity with ITIL service management processes
Amenable to hybrid work in Taguig with mid-shift schedule and 1x onsite per week in McKinley
