Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP OTC Consultant to support and enhance SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SD, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Transportation Management, SAP configuration, and end-to-end SAP implementations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions, provide production support, and drive business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP SD and Transportation Management (TM) implementation and support projects.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Configure SAP SD/TM modules based on business requirements.
Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes including sales orders, delivery processing, billing, pricing, transportation, and returns.
Develop functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate with the ABAP development team.
Execute testing activities including Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot production issues and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, EWM, and business stakeholders.
Drive continuous process improvements and SAP solution optimization.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5–10 years of SAP SD/OTC consulting experience.
Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementation or rollout projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP SD, Transportation Management, and Order-to-Cash processes.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Important Notes

Hybrid work setup (3 days onsite) in Parañaque City.
Mid Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Current or former employees of the client and candidates with active applications are not eligible.
Candidates should have their TOR and Diploma available for verification.
