HIRING: Lead Product Administrator – DigiKM 2
Ortigas Center, Pasig (ADB Office)
Hybrid (3x onsite/week) | Day Shift (8 AM – 5 PM)
Up to ₱165,000/month | 1 Headcount
About the Role:
The Lead Product Administrator supports IT product delivery under DigiKM 2. This role oversees planning, reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful and secure product implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Product Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.

Manage stakeholder communication, documentation, and product adoption.

Monitor and report risks, issues, and changes to keep projects on track.

Prepare status reports, budget updates, and presentations for management.

Coordinate procurement, security compliance, and audit documentation.

Lead and mentor associate administrators on product delivery activities.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

5+ years in Product or Project Management (IT software/infrastructure).

3+ years experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
-
Strong in planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
-
Preferably with PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or CITPM certification.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
-
Must not be a former or current TCS employee.
-
Not a job hopper (at least 1-year tenure per company).

Amenable to hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
