We are seeking Junior AI & Machine Learning Engineers who are passionate about applying AI/ML to solve complex, real-world problems. You’ll join a dynamic engineering team building the next generation of AI-powered consumer-facing platforms designed to make technology more personalized, scalable, and impactful.

This is a unique opportunity to design, build, and deploy AI/ML systems that directly improve lives while working with cutting-edge tools and collaborating with experts across engineering, product, and design.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AI/ML models for consumer-facing platforms.

Support the full AI lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, coding, and production deployment.

Assist in implementing cloud infrastructure for AI solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code principles.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in development and production environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to deliver scalable solutions.

Continuously learn and stay updated on AI/ML advancements, applying them to practical solutions.

Participate in peer code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions to enhance team delivery.

What We’re Looking For

2–3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with exposure to AI/ML models and systems.

Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.

Strong fundamentals in software design, data structures, and algorithms.

Proficiency in one or more: Python, Node.js, Java, Go.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and databases.

Hands-on experience or knowledge in ML domains such as NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, or Anomaly Detection.

Experience deploying LLM-powered applications in production (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.

Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or side projects.

Experience building large-scale, consumer-facing applications.

Do you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field?

Do you have at least 2–3 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML?

Have you developed or deployed production-grade AI/ML models?

Are you proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, Node.js, Java, Go)?

Do you have experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines?

Have you worked with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)?

Do you have experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) in production environments?

Are you open to working on-site in BGC with a 4 PM – 1 AM shift?
