NOW HIRING: INSURANCE ACCOUNT

Position: Customer Service Representative

Account: Insurance

Salary Package: Up to ₱23,000

Work Setup: ONSITE

Schedule: Shifting

QUALIFICATIONS

Senior High School (SHS) graduate or
Completed at least 2 years of college
With at least 1 year BPO experience
Must have experience handling a voice account
Good communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries
Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
Handle concerns through voice calls professionally
Document customer interactions and follow established procedures
