We are looking for experienced Tech Customer Success Specialists to join our ALM LBR Account.
Salary:
• ₱30,000–₱37,000 Basic Salary
Work Setup:
• Onsite
• Shifting Schedule
Qualifications:
• College graduate
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with customer success principles, SaaS business models, and customer success platforms
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Can start ASAP
