We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry and possess strong customer service skills, preferably in a BPO environment within the banking industry. Communication skills are essential to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Open to high school, senior high school, or college-level graduates
- Minimum of 1 year of mortgage experience required
- Strong customer service/BPO experience (preferably from banking industry)
- Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Handle mortgage-related inquiries and provide support to clients
- Assist with processing mortgage applications and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and update the mortgage database as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Provide exceptional service and build positive relationships with clients

Work Setup:
This role offers a work-from-home option, with all necessary equipment and assets provided to support your tasks effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of PHP 28,000 to PHP 32,000 per month, inclusive of allowances
- Generous sign-on bonus of PHP 50,000
- Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) benefits available after completing 6 months of successful employment.
