MOA Site

SHS Graduate, 2nd year College completed- College Graduate

Travel Account – At least 6 months GDS experience

Mortgage Account – At least 1 year Mortgage experience

Banking/Financial Account – At least 2 years Banking or Financial Services experience
FINRA Account – At least 1 year BPO experience with an active FINRA License

Alabang Site

SHS Graduate, Completed 2nd yr and up

B2B Collections Account – At least 1 year B2B Collections experience
Collections/Billing Account – At least 1 year Collections or Billing experience under Telco or Financial accounts

Cebu Site

SHS Graduate, Completed 2nd yr and up

At least 1 year BPO experience
At least 1 year GDS experience

Iloilo Site

Completed 2nd yr

At least 1 year BPO experience
