We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (Healthcare Account) to join our team in Iloilo.

If you have at least 6 months of customer service experience and are ready to build a rewarding career in the healthcare BPO industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Work Location: Robinson’s Cybergate, Ungka, Pavia, Iloilo
Work Setup: Onsite
Training Start: April 1

Minimum Qualifications

* Completed at least 2 years in college (minimum 72 units) with at least 6 months of customer service-related work experience (BPO or non-BPO); OR
* Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 months of customer service-related work experience
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office and internet navigation
* Willing to work onsite
* Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
