Financial Support Specialist | Iloilo City
The Compensation Package
Monthly Pay: ₱20,000 Basic + ₱2,000 Flex Fund Allowance
Night Differential: 15% (Higher than the standard 10%!)
Health First: HMO on Day 1 + 1 FREE dependent
Perks: Paid SL & VL, 13th Month Pay, and career growth.
Who We Are Looking For
Education: HS Graduate, SHS Graduate, or completed at least 2 years in College.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience is REQUIRED. * Skills: Strong English communication (B2 Level) and solid analytical/problem-solving skills.
Plus Factor: Experience with NPS & CSAT metrics is a huge advantage!
Details & Location
Work Setup: 100% On-site in Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
Schedule: Shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays).
