Overview:
Concentrix Angeles is hiring for Financial Account CSR roles. Open to college graduates of any course, including fresh grads with or without BPO experience. Earn up to PHP 27K with onsite work in Angeles City.
Role: Financial Account CSR / Customer Service Representative - Financial Account
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to financial accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and account assistance
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Meet performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With or without BPO experience
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Angeles City
- Available to start ASAP
