Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Travel Counselor, you will answer call and inquiries of customers in accordance with standard policies and procedure.
Making changes to existing reservations (ticket reissuance & cancellations)
Providing support on any existing online bookings – air, hotel, car, rail & non-GDS changes & cancellationMaking outbound calls to vendors and customers as required
Creating new PNRs for fresh bookingJob Qualifications:
At least high school graduate
With 1-year BPO International account Experience
Amenable to work onsite at EXL Pasay
