About the Role:

EXL Service Iloilo is urgently hiring for our Retail Voice Account. This role involves handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service support for a retail account.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls for retail account customers

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently

- Deliver accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet performance metrics and quality standards

Qualifications:

- Completed at least 2 years in college - College undergrad - HS and SHS grads not qualified for this account

- Minimum 1 year BPO voice experience required

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Willing to work onsite in EXL Iloilo

- Can start ASAP
