Job Title: EXL Cebu Hiring - Life Insurance Account - Up to 34K for Nurses - Onsite

Salary: Up to PHP 34,000

Overview:

EXL Cebu is urgently hiring for our Life Insurance Account. We are open to Senior High School grads, college undergrads, Nursing students/grads, and Medical Allied courses. Nursing background can earn up to PHP 34,000!

Compensation and Benefits:

- Up to PHP 23K for Non-Nursing background

- Up to PHP 34K for Nursing background

- HMO coverage + government benefits

- Paid training

- Career growth in a stable account

Qualifications:

For Non-Nursing:

- At least SHS graduate or completed 2 years in college

- At least 1 year BPO Voice experience required

For Nursing - Up to 34K:

- BS Nursing 3rd year undergrad or graduate

- With or without BPO experience - fresh grads welcome

For Medical Allied:

- Any Medical Allied course - at least 3rd year undergrad

- Minimum 6 months BPO Voice experience

General Requirements:

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

- Amenable to shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP
