Job Description
We are seeking an E-Commerce Support Associate to assist customers with online orders, product inquiries, returns, and delivery concerns while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
With or without BPO experience
Excellent English communication skills
Basic computer navigation skills
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules
