Job Title: Delivery Manager – US Onboarding/ Onboarding – HRO Services
Work Environment: - Work from Office, 5 days – Olympus, Mumbai
No of Position- 3
Shift - Night shift
Time – anytime between – 6:00 pm IST to 5:00 am IST
Band – BPO5 (Up to 17 LPA)

Job Summary:
The Delivery Manager – US Onboarding is responsible for managing and overseeing end-to-end onboarding operations for US
hires, ensuring a seamless and compliant new hire experience. The role involves leading a team, collaborating with multiple
stakeholders, driving process excellence, and maintaining compliance with client and country-specific onboarding
requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Onboarding Management: Oversee the entire US onboarding process — from offer acceptance to day-
one readiness — ensuring timelines, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and client teams to ensure smooth onboarding
transitions and issue resolution.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of onboarding specialists, ensuring high-quality delivery, productivity, and
adherence to SLAs.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement automation, standardization, and process optimization opportunities.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to client and legal onboarding compliance, including background checks, I-9
verification, and document management.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track and report onboarding performance metrics such as TAT, candidate satisfaction, and
quality scores.
• Escalation Management: Handle escalations promptly, providing timely solutions to candidates and client partners.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the key delivery point of contact for US onboarding operations, maintaining
strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of US onboarding processes, documentation, and compliance (I-9, E-Verify, background checks).
• Experience in HRO / RPO / Global Talent Acquisition delivery. Someone from Service Industry.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Strong people management and coaching abilities.
• Proven experience in process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS/ATS tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in HR operations or onboarding delivery, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing US/UK region processes is preferred but any international
