What You'll Do:
Process medical billing and revenue cycle transactions accurately
Resolve billing inquiries and payment issues efficiently
Communicate complex billing information in a clear and professional manner
Ensure patient and client information is handled with strict confidentiality
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in Medical Billing, Healthcare RCM, or Customer Support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
