Customer Service Representative – Telco Billing & Retention

Industry: Telecommunications (BPO)

About the Role

Are you a natural negotiator? Or do you have a keen eye for numbers and problem-solving? We are hiring for two of the most rewarding and dynamic segments in the BPO industry: Telco Billing and Telco Retention.

Whether you excel at resolving complex billing discrepancies or love the challenge of turning an unhappy customer into a loyal advocate, we have the perfect spot for you!

Choose Your Path:

1. Telco Billing Specialist

The Focus: Accuracy, clarity, and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do: Walk customers through their monthly invoices, explain charges, resolve billing disputes, process payments, and set up payment plans.

2. Telco Retention Specialist

The Focus: Negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building.

What you’ll do: Speak with customers looking to cancel or downgrade their services. Your goal is to understand their needs, offer tailored discounts or upgrades, and save the account. (Comes with high commission earning potential!)

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Previous BPO experience (Telco experience is a major plus, but not required).

Skills:

For Billing: Strong numerical and analytical skills with great patience.

For Retention: Exceptional persuasion, active listening, and negotiation skills.

Communication: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).

Shift: Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule.
