About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Handle travel reservations, bookings, cancellations and itenerary changes
Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, ticketing, and travel-related inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service while resolving travel concerns
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and booking records
Meet quality and productivety performance metrics

Qualifications

Completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects
Minimum of 1 year BPO experience
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Skills

Strong foundation in role-relevant tools, platforms, and best practices.
Ability to plan, execute, measure, and improve work with attention to detail.
Good communication, ownership, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

Strong written verbal and communication skills
Excellent customer service and active listening skills
Attention to details and accuracy in documentation
Proficiency in microsoft office
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
