Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account
Job Description
Sagility is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Healthcare Account in Iloilo. The role requires candidates with strong customer service orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and good analytical abilities.
Selected candidates will be responsible for providing quality customer service while working in a healthcare account environment. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite and in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Completed 2 years of college with at least 72 units and a minimum of 6 months of customer service-related work experience; OR
Graduate of a 4-year course with at least 6 months of customer service-related work experience.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and Internet browsing.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Willing to work 100% onsite.
Salary & Benefits
PHP 15,000 Basic Salary
PHP 1,000 Allowance
20% Night Differential
Day 1 HMO
HMO coverage for 1 dependent upon regularization
