About the Role

In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, helping customers navigate their financial inquiries, resolving issues with empathy, and delivering world-class service.

What We Are Looking For

To excel in this role, you should meet one of the following experience criteria, alongside the educational requirement:

Experience (Choose one of the following):

6 to 12 months of solid Credit Card (CC) customer service experience.

At least 2 years of general Customer Service (CS) experience.

Education:

Minimum High School Graduate / Senior High School (SHS) Graduate.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries regarding credit card accounts, billing, interest rates, and financial transactions.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and systems.

Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Adhere to strict financial compliance, security protocols, and data privacy guidelines.

Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Quality Assurance, Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
