Customer Service Representative – BFS (Banking & Financial Services)
Salary: Up to PHP 28,000

What You'll Do
- Assist customers with banking and financial service inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Handle transactions and account-related requests professionally.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance standards.
Qualifications
- Senior High School Graduate or completed 2nd year in college.
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.
